Hello there! I will be studying abroad in Spring 2023, and I am looking to sublease my space in a 4bed/4bath apartment from January 1st until the lease ends on August 2nd of next year. The rent includes all utilities and services except for electricity and water (which should not total more than $50/month), and while my price is negotiable, this is quite a competitive deal for a spot in this already fully-leased luxury student apartment.

Located half a block away from County Market, Far East Market, and the White Street Bus Terminal (and only a few blocks more from campus, Green Street, and downtown), the apartment sits in a great location for any lifestyle. An on-site parking space can be rented on a monthly basis, and our apartment is fully accessible by stairs and elevator. The MHM office is conveniently right below our unit, and we have had few issues overall renting from them. It is likely you would only have to deal with them at your own behest.

The offered room is the bottommost as seen in the 4bed/4bath floor plan on the official listing. As apparent, the room is spacious and separate from the three other bedrooms, giving me (and therefore you) an entirely personal and excellent residence, complete with a comfortable bed, attached bathroom, and large east-facing window. The room is quite adjustable and fits much more than I originally expected of it. Although it is right off the kitchen and living room, the apartment remains quiet at night and is held to a high standard of cleanliness. If you would like, Iā€™m happy to share more.

Having lived here already for a year plus, I have had minimal complaints about our unit and in particular my living space. I live with three male friends entering their junior year as well, and we work hard to maintain clear communication and to support one another. They are all open-minded and caring guys who won’t shy away from being friendly and partaking in many activities together, but also will be understanding about your specific desires if you prefer to be more independent. In short, my roommates are good people.
