Residents
Our check-in process was significantly altered to adhere to social distancing and regular disinfection. We greatly appreciate everyone’s participation in a successful move-in weekend!
Social distancing and face coverings are REQUIRED in all common areas of your MHM building. This would include hallways, stairways, elevators, lobbies, parking, etc. We appreciate you all doing your part in keeping yourself and your neighbors safe.
Please be sure you check your email regularly as any updates or messages from the office are sent via email.

Our team is committed to responding to all questions, concerns, and inquires as quickly as possible.
Our maintenance team is working on-site and is ready to assist in anything our residents may need. Please continue to use your resident portal to submit any maintenance requests.
Leasing
We have options for tours! Our agents are happy to schedule an in person tour. Face masks are required for both the prospective tenants and the leasing agent. Please keep in mind, units are currently occupied.
Virtual tours are also available. Please call or email us to inquire about a video walkthrough of any of our buildings.
Online leasing is available as well. Tour, ask questions, submit your application, and even sign your lease all from the comfort and convenience of your own home!
Open leasing for 2021-2022 begins September 14.
