I will be subleasing this room for Spring ’23 and/or Summer ‘23 until the lease ends on 8/2/2023 and am looking for a female resident to sublease to.

Base rent: $585
Utilities: Recycling, free maintenance, high-speed internet, and sewer services are included with rent, the water and electricity will be billed separately (should not be above $50 per month).

The room comes with a medium-sized closet, a five-drawer wardrobe, a bed frame with a full-sized mattress, and a medium-sized desk with a keyboard drawer. The apartment itself, which is a two-room apartment on the second floor, has a full kitchen and living room, a shared bathroom, a balcony, a secure entrance, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Covered parking may also be available through MHM if desired.

This building is in a great location – it is a 10-minute walk from the North Quad and a 5-minute walk from County Market and Far East. It is also less than a 5-minute walk to the White St Mid Block bus stops.

I have a roommate who you would be living with who is a clean and friendly person.
