Hello! We’re subleasing 2 rooms in our 3 bed 3 bath apartment for Spring ‘24 and / or Summer ‘24. The apartment is on the top floor with a balcony and is right across from the ECEB at the north side of campus. It gets a lot of nice sunlight throughout the day, and it’s very quiet.
There are 2 rooms available, 1 upstairs in the loft, and 1 downstairs. Both have their own bathroom.
Base rent is $880, which includes recycling, 24-hour maintenance, internet, and sewer. Water and electricity are billed separately and have been around 60$ per person so far.
We’re also willing to discuss pricing to find an arrangement that works for all of us.
There is one roommate who would already be living there. She has the bedroom upstairs with the attached bathroom. Very clean, polite, and respectful of space.
