Hi! I’m studying abroad next semester, so I’m looking to sublease my bedroom (with own private bathroom) between January and July.

– Base Rent: $880 including recycling, 24-hour maintenance, internet, and sewer
– Additional Utilities: water and electricity are billed separately and have been ~ 60$ per person
– Balcony and Lofted (Split into first floor and second floor, see pic on website)
– Can confirm the website’s picture is very accurate of what this unit looks like 🙂
– See one of the fourth floor floor plans on the website (You would take Bed 1 and Bath 1)

I personally signed and enjoyed living here because of the great reviews about management, maintenance, and the apartment being lofted (feels much more private even with roommates). The other roommates will live upstairs in the loft. They are very clean, polite, and respectful of space.
