Worried about signing a lease due to COVID-19 pandemic? MHM is now offering ‘COVID Waivers’ for students attending school on a visa.
Here’s how it works:
-Schedule your virtual tour and find your perfect MHM apartment.
-Sign your new lease and submit your down payment.
-Covid Waiver will be written into your new lease.
-If you are unable to obtain a visa due to COVID-19 restrictions, notify us immediately and we will cancel your lease.
