MHM Properties is pleased to announce our Resident Referral Program. Send us your friends (or coworkers, next door neighbors or even your chemistry lab partners) and earn $$$! Tenants of MHM Properties receive $50 for each friend who signs a lease with us. The referral program applies at all of our buildings, and every current or future tenant of MHM can participate!
Once your friend finds the perfect MHM UIUC apartment to call home, we will schedule a lease signing with them. At the lease signing, your friend MUST tell us that you referred them. We will then issue a check to you for the amount of the referral bonus, followed by an email to pick up the check at your convenience. We want to reward you for spreading the word about MHM’s awesome service, so don’t let your friends forget to tell us they were referred!
One bedroom referral = $50
Two bedroom referral = $100
Three bedroom referral = $150
Four bedroom referral = $200
These are the maximum amounts per unit, but there’s no limit on the number of units you refer. Tenants in the past have earned $750+ just by sending us their friends!
